Punjab News: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has raised questions on the Congress party regarding Captain Amarinder Singh. AAP leader Jarnail Singh questioned the Congress as to why it did not expel Amarinder Singh from the party for announcing a new party and supporting the Centre’s move to expand the BSF’s jurisdiction in the state.
Former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh announced the new party on Wednesday. Amarinder Singh said that after getting permission from the Election Commission, he will reveal the name of his new party. Not only this, Amarinder Singh claimed that many Congress people are in touch with him.
AAP’s Delhi MLA Jarnail asked why the Congress high command was silent on the issue of Arminder Singh. “Why not expel Amarinder Singh who is speaking the language of Bharatiya Janata Party,” he said.
Serious allegations against Congress?
Jarnail Singh alleged, “Amarinder Singh is speaking in favor of BJP. He is doing this with the consent of the Congress. Congress and BJP are working in collusion and Akali Dal (Badal) is also part of the same group.
Let us inform that former Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh had recently announced to leave the Congress. However, no official statement has been issued by the Congress so far on the separation of Captain Amarinder Singh.
