Corona Vaccination: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya (Mansukh Mandaviya) held a meeting with health ministers of states and union territories to discuss taking forward the Kovid vaccination campaign in the country. This meeting of the Union Health Minister has taken place at a time when more than 100 crore doses of corona vaccine have been applied in the country recently. Earlier, Mansukh Mandaviya tweeted, “I am meeting the health ministers of the states today. Kovid vaccination, emergency covid package and other issues will be discussed in detail. There will also be talk on the ‘Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission’ scheme recently launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Center has urged the states and union territories to focus on the beneficiaries who are to receive the second dose of Kovid-19 vaccine. So far, more than 103.53 crore doses of vaccine have been given to people in the country. In the last 24 hours, 13,451 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in the country, after which the total number of infected people increased to 3,42,15,653. At the same time, the number of patients undergoing treatment has come down to 1,62,661, which is the lowest in the last 242 days. According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Wednesday, the death toll rose to 4,55,653 after 585 more people died of the infection.
