Jehanabad: In Bihar’s Jehanabad, a case of murder of a CISF jawan’s wife after gang-rape has come to light. There was a stir in the area after the woman’s body was found on Saturday morning. The incident is from a village in Parasbigha police station area. Angry villagers set fire to the road and blocked the Jehanabad-Shakurabad main road and demanded the arrest of the criminals.
In relation to the incident, the relatives told that the woman had left the house at eight o’clock on Friday morning to go to the toilet. After that she did not come back. The family did a lot of research but she could not be traced anywhere, after which a complaint was also made to the police station. On Saturday morning, the body of the woman was found lying naked in the village’s Badhar. The relatives allege that the murder has been done after the gang rape. The woman’s cloth was found from a nearby chimney kiln. After the body was found, the villagers were adamant about the demand of the district officer.
It is said that the woman was married to a CRPF jawan living in Daudnagar, Aurangabad. After a few days of marriage, the relationship between the two turned sour. Since then the woman was living in her maternal home.

ASP Harishankar Kumar, who reached the spot with the team, said that the woman had gone to the toilet on Friday morning but did not return in the evening. On Saturday morning, his body was found naked in the village’s Badhar. The matter will be clear after the post-mortem report comes. Till the writing of the news, the villagers were adamant on the demand to call the District Magistrate to the spot.
