For which the agency is busy collecting as much evidence as possible. The NCB has already obtained bank transaction records of several such accused from whose possession large quantities of banned drugs have been seized. Along with this, information is also being collected about the source of income of the accused.
NCB trying to get deleted messages
In this case, the investigating agency is also trying to retrieve deleted messages from mobile phones, laptops. It is also being ascertained whether social media platforms were being used as a communication source for the deal. Officials say that WhatsApp messages will be presented as the most important evidence against Aryan Khan. Even NCB has questioned actress Ananya Pandey on the basis of these messages. According to reports, Aryan Khan had sent a message asking Ananya whether ganja could be found, or she could do some jugaad. However, it has been clarified by NCB that no drugs were recovered from Aryan Khan in the Rave Party Raid of October 2.
Aryan is in Arthur Road Jail

In the investigation of WhatsApp chats, it has been found that he was constantly in touch with drug suppliers. He even talked about the huge amount of drugs. On the other hand, Aryan Khan had said in his bail plea in the High Court that his WhatsApp chats have been misrepresented by the agency. After his arrest on October 3, Aryan remained in the custody of the NCB for a few days, after which he is lodged in Arthur Road Jail since October 8.
