HRRL Recruitment For the recruitment of 142 various posts in the E1, E2, E3, E5, and E6 grades, HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) has published the advertisement notification and invited online applications. In partnership with the Government of Rajasthan, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) established HRRL. Candidates eligible for the HRRL Vacancy 2023 can apply online from December 27, 2022, on the HRRL website.

The application fee for candidates belonging to the UR, EWS, and OBC (NC) categories is Rs. 500/- and must be paid through SB collect mode (HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited- Recruitment Fees). There is no application fee for SC, ST, or PWD candidates. No Application fee will be charged for E5 and E6 positions.

HRRL Recruitment 2023 Qualification for Various Posts
|Core Discipline/ Function||Prescribed 4-year Full-time degrees in Engineering with minimum 60% marks of all semesters/years for UR/OBCNC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.|

|Chartered Accountant||Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50% marks including completion of mandatory Articleship Training required for award of C.A. qualification|
|Human Resources||An MBA with a specialization in HR/ Personnel Management or a Masters of Social Work (MSW) are required for a full-time, two-year post-graduate degree in HR/ Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Psychology. In qualifying degree examinations, candidates from UR, EWS, and OBCNC categories must have earned a minimum of 60% marks (marks across all semesters). SC/ST/PWBD candidates must have earned a minimum of 50% marks (marks across all semesters).|
|Information Systems||4 years Full-time B.E. A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electronics & Telecommunications / Computer Science / Information Technology OR a three-year full-time Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s degree in Computer Science (MCS) OR a two-year full-time Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s degree in Management Studies (MMS) that specializes in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science. The minimum requirement for candidates belonging to the UR, EWS, and OBCNC categories is 60% (marks of all semesters) in qualifying degree examinations, reduced to 50% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.|
